Beatrice Eliott
Stella played Beatrice Eliott, the older of the two sisters. In the book Bea was the first of the two girls to get work, becoming a secratary for Jack Maddix who was a photographer. They later went onto to have a baby together.
Stella Gonet
Stella Gonet was born in Greenock, Scotland on 8th May 1963. Her father is Polish and was a member of the Polish Forces during the Second World War.

Stella has made several notable Tv appearances, playing a Dr Clare Wainwright in 2 episodes of Casualty in 1986, The House of Eliott in 1991 and most recently 'The Secret' a two part program on BBC1 in 2002.

In 1997 Stella was awarded the RCS Best Actress Award presumably for her part in 'Supply and Demand'
